 As a member of the Colorado Pistoleros you will be a member of a fun loving group that enjoys their right to keep and bear arms.  We get together twice a month for Cowboy Fast Draw practice and competition.  We are currently the only sanctioned Cowboy Fast Draw Club in Colorado.  Located just south of Castle Rock off the east frontage road of I-25, we are easy to get to and have an indoor fast draw shooting range available for our use.  This is the same location that will host the Cowboy Fast Draw "Colorado State Championship" on July 24 through the 26, 2008.  Fast draw is only part of the fun.  Many enjoy the costume part of our sport.  The time period we represent is the cowboy era of the 1880s to the late 1890s.  We not only use guns and gear of that time period, but we also dress in that era.

The requirements for being a Colorado Pistoleros are:                     1.  Be law abiding citizen                                                                         2.  Be member of the NRA                                                                      3.  Be a member of CFDA (Cowboy Fast Draw Association)                  4.  Pledge to be a safe and responsible gun owner.                                   5.  Want to have fun shooting with other fun loving cowboys and              cowgirls.
